SIBT, SSHT, PKC And SSOT 2024 Open Today, Promoting The Development Of Smart Spaces While Encouraging Business Exchange

Shanghai, China – Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), Parking China (PKC) and Shanghai Smart Office Technology (SSOT) open today and will continue through to 5 September in halls W4 and W5 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The four concurrent fairs showcase a diverse range of innovative smart technologies, including low-carbon intelligent buildings, smart home, facility management, smart parking, smart office management, smart real estate, smart hotel and intelligent integration. Concurrently, the shows will host 21 forums addressing more than 150 hot topics to facilitate the exchange of information and explore emerging industry trends.

A strong lineup of exhibitors across various product zones, aiming for smart living
The theme of “Smart Spaces, Smart Living” permeates the four shows. In addition to bringing together the leading companies in the industry, this year’s edition has also collaborated with industry leaders to create a number of product zones to explore a broader range of applications. Numerous well-known smart lighting companies present a brand-new smart lighting ecosystem. The focus is on enhancing the aesthetic appeal of spaces, creating ambient environments and incorporating multi-functional capabilities. Exhibitors include: DALI, Simon, Baotai, SANTAN LIGHTING, LEILI HOME, Daming Lafite, RISHUN, MERCANVEE and Signcomplex.

For the showcases of Audio-Visual Integration and Home Theatre, exhibitors present the interconnection of audio-visual systems, smart lighting, smart curtains and more, leading to the creation of immersive whole-house audio-visual experiences. Big names include: Cinemaster, Amina, WISE, HOPE, lingjie, S&J Audio, PEXBO, IAG, uandksound, Samsung and JVC. Additionally, the “UWA Global Ultra-High-Definition Video Industry Alliance Zone” features an audio-visual room that offers a demonstration of the latest ultra-high-definition video technologies.

Meanwhile, co-organised with the International WELL Building Institute, the “WELL Healthy Building Pavilion” demonstrates how to integrate its building standard into people’s everyday lives. It aims to promote the popularisation and development of low-carbon buildings, as well as human-centric and wellness-oriented office concepts.

Elsewhere, the “Facility Management Service Provider Zone” features comprehensive facility management solutions. These span from traditional services to smart and digital management capabilities, all aimed at elevating service quality and operational efficiency. Exhibitors include: Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield Vanke Service, AIPM, Century Relocation and Hako. In addition, jointly organised alongside the Shanghai Urban Regeneration Research Association, the debuting “Urban Renewal Research Zone” aims to explore the practical implementation of urban renewal. The showcases at this zone feature building materials, related application technologies and innovative smart home products.

Running under the theme of “Beyond Imagination”, SSOT has partnered with industry leaders like DISCIEN to present the “DISCIEN Future Meeting Zone”, exploring how innovations can serve as the key driver for transforming traditional industries and act as a catalyst for the emergence of new sectors. Exhibitors include: Hikvision, Dahuatech, Samsung, Philips, Aispeech, Barco and Amdox.

In addition, PKC centres around the theme of “Breaking the boundaries of parking through smart technology”, highlighting advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data and cloud computing, to present an overview of the smart parking industry chain. This helps to improve urban parking resources and offers convenient and effective smart parking solutions.

The impressive showcase of the four fairs has drawn the attention of both domestic and international industry players, leading to the organisation of several visiting delegations to attend the shows. Highlighted overseas visiting delegations include: AHK Greater China, an Australian intelligent building visiting group, the Cambodia Business Association, Indian representatives of the Global Facility Management Services Cooperation, an Indonesian parking visiting group, the KNX User Club delegation, a Macanese hotel facility management visiting group and the Malaysia Smart Home Design delegation. Their participation helps to foster increased international exchange opportunities.

Various forums to foster efficient cross-industry communication
The shows are hosting over a hundred industry experts and professionals from leading companies to discuss trending topics in different sectors, such as energy efficiency in intelligent buildings, smart parking systems, smart office development, smart lighting control systems, smart gerontechnology, charging technology, smart and healthy spaces, and home audio and video.

Elsewhere, in order to develop new talent in the smart home industry and to inspire integrators to innovate in the field of smart home, SSHT and CSHIA Startup Camp will co-organise the “CSHIA Startup Camp: Smart Home Integration Application Challenge”. The competition will cover areas such as smart lighting, smart security and smart appliances, requiring participants to complete installation and networking tasks within a set time limit. This will result in the creation of the best smart home experience.
