Our January/February 2024 issue of Southeast Asia Building focuses on adaptive reuse.

This form of architecture has increasingly become an alternative and sustainable approach for repurposing existing building structures. We showcase a few interesting projects from Asia.

Gracing the cover of this issue is  “The Cocoa Project” in Saigon, a friendly and airy space bringing together sustainable architecture and sustainably sourced cacao trace chocolate.
