Wien, Austria – The Paracelsus Bad & Kurhaus in Salzburg has achieved 909 of 1,000 possible points according to the klimaaktiv building standard and thus meets the Austrian quality mark for sustainable residential and service buildings. It is designed by Berger+Parkkinen Architekten ZT GmbH.

In addition to energy efficiency, the quality of planning and execution, the quality of building materials and construction, as well as central aspects of comfort and indoor air quality were assessed and evaluated. Buildings in klimaaktiv quality guarantee compliance with high-quality standards in the areas of low energy consumption, greater comfort, indoor air quality and health, design and economy.
