Lintec & Linnhoff sets concrete plans for Eurotec in India

Two new series of Eurotec concrete plants, Smartec SMT and Swiftec SWT, will be built in India for the local market under a new partnership announced between Lintec & Linnhoff and Gainwell at Excon India 2022.

The Swiftec line of batching plants combines high-quality output with affordability. Featuring a modular design focused on easy transportation and fast installation/dismantling, these units require minimal foundation preparation and/or loading ramp. Once up and working, there are two-sided aggregate bins in a quadrant design for the effortless loading of aggregates.

With their compact design, Swiftec concrete plants are ideally suited to smaller jobsites which will particularly appeal to contractors taking on projects in urban settings. Three models are available in the new series: the SWT60, with an output capacity of up to 60 cu m/hr; the SWT75, with an output capacity of up to 75 cu m/hr; and the SWT90, with an output capacity of up to 90 cu m/hr. All models are equipped with a twin-shaft mixer for the best possible concrete mix quality.

The smaller capacity Smartec SMT range of batching plants offers contractors and builders an agile and productive performance for even the most constrained sites. These compact units are perfect for urban jobsites and deliver high-quality concrete to suit a variety of applications.

The design of the Smartec SMT concrete plants includes a skip-hoist system for a smaller footprint, while their modular set-up makes them easy to be transported in standard containers when it’s time to move to the next jobsite.

Two models are available in the Smartec SMT line: the SMT20, with an output capacity of 20 cu m/hr; and the SMT30, with an output capacity of 30 cu m/hr. There is only a minimal foundation required (or no foundation at all in some cases), making them even faster to prepare onsite.
