Dingli upgrades D-series modular boom lifts

Dingli has launched its upgraded D-series modular boom lifts, which are equipped with an integrated axle. The machines feature a maximum load of 320 kg and working heights of 16–22 m.

There are 24 models in the range, comprising both articulated and telescopic booms. They are available in electric, diesel and hybrid versions (each consists of eight models).

The upgraded D-series boom lifts are designed with the same platform base. According to Dingli, 85% of the components are common.

The machines feature four-wheel drive and two-wheel steering. Dingli said all of the models in this range are driveable at full height with their maximum load of 320 kg.

Thanks to their modular design, the boom lifts also offer high versatility of parts, thus reducing the parts storage cost and simplifying the maintenance process.

In addition, the upgraded D-series is light in weight and easy to transport. Its lower centre of gravity results in greater stability for the machine.

The electric model is fitted with a 48 V, 375 Ah high-capacity battery pack, delivering zero noise and emissions; while the diesel model has a low-power engine to minimise energy consumption.

The hybrid model is powered by a 48 V, 320 Ah high-capacity lithium battery pack. Dingli added that a built-in universal range extender enables the machine to generate electricity by itself when there are no external charging facilities on site. Combined with a tank of fuel, the range extender can charge the lithium batteries at any time.
